Landbier/Kellerbier specs

1) Can anyone give me a link, or personal knowledge/experience, for what kind of grain bill, hop signature, and yeasts are used in typical Franconian kellerbiers/landbiers/zwickelbiers? 2) Also, are these three terms really separate style descriptors, or are they simply all monikers which relate to a larger style that could be referred to as "Franconian rural lager"? Most websites I've consulted barely mention "kellerbier", let alone zwickelbier and landbier. 3) Finally, would the "lagerbier" that many breweries there produce fit in this large category? Is it yet another name for an unfiltered rural lager? Or should I expect something entirely different when I see one on the menu? As always, many thanks!!
