First Franconia trip

Agree that Sauer Braunbier is lovely when served gravity from the cask at the brewery tap (also a lovely garden to drink in). But, we were really disappointed with it at Keller, where it was very gassy - presume from a co2 pressurised keg? However, 2 years ago, they had an excellent and extensive vegetarian menu - swings and roundabouts?
