Barry we have had this discussion before and I'm pretty sure at the end of the last one you conceded that you had a much better understanding of the situation here in the US and why things are done the way they are. If I find time I may go searching for that thread rather than rehash it all again. However, IMO I think you are continuing to stubbornly look at modern US brewing culture through a British lens. I mean just for one example lets consider the fact that much of the US has a different climate than the UK and vast areas don't have cellars. That's just for a start. |
