Tiny Brewery Kits

One argument I've heard against the tiny kits is that a couple - a few barrels, whilst very easy to start up and get experience with, ends up being not enough to ever make proper revenue with, so you end up working away brewing tiny batches that don't earn you much. So, you end up needing to expand, requiring capital, work, stress, etc. For a *brewpub* operation, I suppose this is not an issue: you only brew for in-house consumption.
