It's difficult without a car.
You have to take a train to Tiefenstockheim (p.e. two and a half hour from Bamberg) and than to walk 3.3 km to Seinsheim.

They have only opened on Friday (brewing day). It's a part-time business. Only one beer (Kellerbier), sometimes seasonal beers (Maibock, Rauchbier, Weihnachtsbock)

The beer is good. I have got for some years a bottle because my business partner has made there a brew workshop.
If You look at Ratebeer, You can see that Michael James (3fourths) and a friend of him from Colorada has evaluated the Kellerbier high. Michael is an extreme critical rater.

Because there are familiar (?) relationships to the Bamberg artist Katharina Hückstädt, who is the pub owner of the "Backstübla", a kind of coffeehouse with homemade cakes, in the Sandstraße as a part of the apartment house "Sandschlößla" in front ot the Church St. Elisabethen, maybe it's possible to ask Katharina Hückstädt, if they have bottles of the Seinsheimer Kellerbier (only private; but not in the "Backstübla", because they have not a license to sell alcoholic drinks):
