South Yorkshire dialect (re Forchheim)

The female employee at a brilliant beer shop in Sheffield is most helpful with beer info and recs. And I was smiling the entire time whilst she was talking to me. My partner asked later if I noticed her (Sheffield?) accent. Of course I did. I was smiling throughout! Like the accent but not the air quality, though. It's a bit scary to see how cyclists zigzag around cars. Forgot to ask in previous reply: is there a (well marked) walking trail to Buttenheim/Hallerndorf/Hirschaid ect?
