Roppelt originally had Rittmayer (Hallerndorf) brew his Hefeweizen, but only for the first year or two. Since then, he's been brewing it himself. I think 2010 might still have been from Rittmayer. I can't help you with your last question, since I don't know what Speisse is, nor do I know much about Hefeweizen. |
