For czech lager, if you fill the KEG, you should leave it a few days before you tap it (you should even leave it already on a place where it will be tapped!). In theory. I have already seen with Kellerbeers in Franconia that we asked brewer to get 20L (gravity) Fass to take away, he told us that he don't have it right now, but that he could fill it and it will be ready in a hour. So it is obviously possible. |
