OT:Karlovy Vary

Ill be staying in the centre of Prague(Old Town). As Im only there for one evening, Id like a place with a few different beers on tap, outdoor space would be good as would non-smoking(do they have this now in the Czech Republic?). I dont mind walking a bit or taking a tram/metro to get to a good place. Food not as important as beer!. And thanks for the Karlovy Vary recommendation.
