Yes, I think yeast is the key. I have heard of many clone recipes that are close, but just not right unless the real yeast is used. Sometimes these are hard to get unless you grow them up yourself. Nick, how about it? Have you ever asked a Franconian brewer if he would share some yeast with you? You could ask your buddy Roppelt. |
