Drunk Bicycling - What happens to tourists from outside Germany? |

| Not that it applies to me since I have never bicycled in Germany, but what happens if the police catch a tourist bicycling "over the limit"? Does the tourist go to jail? Do the police take pity on the silly foreigner if he/she was not doing something dangerous? Just curious. |
