| In the US, even if you are in an auto-renewal contract, usually if it auto-renews and you tell them you do not want it, you will get a pro-rated refund. Not so with DB, at least not in my case. And good luck trying to get them on the telephone (they charge for incoming calls, making it almost impossible to speak with them from abroad). |
