Our deco-hops are still hanging; I leave them up all winter. Willamette are the king of US aroma hops? Silly Engländer. It is interesting to see the various Oregon names, since Oregon State University is where new hop varieties are created. Cascade, Mount Hood, Santiam, Tettnanger, Willamette...
