I would love to do that, but my not being able to speak German may prove to be challenging. The only German I know is the names of the beers, how to say "hello" and "thank you", and some of the restaurant dishes. I have been looking to learn to speak German, but I don't know where to start. Moving to Germany and enrolling in language school there would be great, but that is not feasible for me. The Goethe Institut looks like it would be good, but I don't live near a city that offers classes (I live in Erie, PA).
