| Here's a scan of a newspaper article that's been lying around here since June. < http://i46.tinypic.com/90r0o6.jpg > Someone else can explain the bulk of the article if they want. The title and photo are about how a pretty woman is supposed to give the last hop addition to a brew, and that's the owner's daughter. Whether she's pretty enough or not is left as an exercise for the reader. Interestingly, this last hop addition is to the cooling bath. Or what do we call that -- it's not a Kühlschiff, is it? |
