Interesting. Do you think such beers might catch on? Weyermann brewed an IPA (we had it in their little brewery) but I think it was bottom fermented. I wonder whether someone like our friend Andi (who likes a little experimentation) might be persuaded to try to brew some ales? Probably better that Bayern brewers stick to what they do best and leave ales to British and Belgians! |
