Bärlauch Saison |

| The Mosbacher Brauhaus, a brewpub in Mosbach (one of the "Kurpfälzer Bierstrasse" breweries) is currently featuring a seasonal menu of Bärlauch cuisine. Bärlauch is native to Europe, and not typically cultivated, so I don't think there have been many cuttings planted in North America. The closest equivalent in North America would be ramps, a similarly oniony-garlicky wild plant, and I've had those at quite a few places. Tasty, yes. |
