Dry hopping and Reinheitsgebot

Uerige Sticke is ocassionally dry hopped -- at least so I've been told. Under the Biersteuergesetz top fermented beers are granted a little more leeway (I guess since Bavarians don't consider them --except for wheats -- as "real" beers :) ) but from what I've read (and my German isn't up to Jos' standard) I don't see a problem. After all, infected beers aren't prohibited (or a lot of small breweries are in violation of the law :) ).
