Zoigl and Kommunbräu

Zoigl is a beer I have never tried. Maybe I should check it out. What's the best town, or brewery, for a newbie to visit? Most important of all, I wouldn't want to turn up and find everything shut. The standard brewery Ruhetags in Franconia are complicated enough to outfox me...nd I understand Zoigl is only available at certain pubs on limited days. Mike
