Cutting Back on Hops?

I haven't given any feedback to either brewer yet because I wanted to do it in person, and I just haven't been to either Buttenheim or Geisfeld during "brewer's hours" recently. I suppose I'll just have to call them...but I'll also tell the nice couple at the good bottle shop here in Erlangen, who will certainly forward the comments directly. (Probably today, as my Keller's a bit empty--no Griess down there except a few bottles of Bock.)
