Getting to Merkendorf from Bamberg |

| There is basically just one bus a day (in drinking hours -- i.e. after 9am) that goes from Bamberg to Merkendorf. Now this is from the schedule from last October and may have changed: Leave Bamberg (ZOB) 13:31 Arrive Merkendorf 13:56 there are 3 options for returning Leave Merkendor: 15:30, 16:55 or 18:44 -- its about 20 minutes back for each. The 13:31 bus to Merkendorf goes thru Memmelsdorf, so you can leave early, have a couple beers at the breweries there and then catch the bus about 13:40 to Merkendorf. |
