Kulmbach beer fest?

Hi guys, I've heard of a beer festival in Kulmbach that takes place in late July. Since my friends and I are planning a trip to Forchheim for Annafest, we thought that we would include Kulmbach on our tour if indeed there is a festival there around the same time as Annafest. Does anyone know if the Kulmbach festival still takes place? I checked the Kulmbach.de website but was unable to find any info (it doesn't help that I can't speak German). I read about the Kulmbach fest in John Conen's book, but would like to confirm if it still takes place. Thanks for any information! Chris K.
