Excessive Carbonation |

| There are indeed Franconian Brauereigaststätten that use the 10 hl beer-in-a-bag systems, most notably Rittmayer in Aisch (not in Hallerndorf) and of course, Roppelt's Keller, and supposedly also the Gaststätte, but I haven't got confirmation on this from Franz personally. We should be careful, talking about "gas" in beer or mineral water sounds a bit "nicht-schön" in German. We should maybe try to think of another way to describe this problem. |
