In search of a flowery pils
Posted by DonS on 2013-04-28 20:13:07
It may be mildly ironic that the best example of a 'flowery' pils I can think of is brewed in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Victory's Prima Pils, especially from the tap, is redolent with floral-hop aromas. I look for different things from Franconian beers in general, but I doe recall a flowery pils some time back, at a wonderful little and now-closed brewery, Bräutigam in Weisbrunn. Not much help there now, sorry.
