Comparing Bland Beer

I would not be able to find most of those beers in the US if I tried, and the beers I would find would not be very fresh, I fear. I have never had Augustiner Edelstoff. Why is that Bier not on your list? On the other hand, last Friday in Boston I had two Münchener Biers vom Fass: Hofbräu Original and Spaten Lager. I liked the Hofbräu much better on this occasion. On Sunday I had a Mönchshof Bier via bayerischer Anstich (not sure which Bier, but it was a pale lager, a bit sweet), also in Boston. It was a good weekend for German beer in Boston for me, with an IPA Fest in between. Cheers
