Bamberger Ferry Reopened

There's an article in today's Erlangen paper about the reopening of a pedestrian ferry across the Regnitz, upstream/south of the Obere Mühlbrücke. < http://www.chance-jugend-faehre.de/ > That's all in German, but there are some photos (including nice historic ones of the previous ferry that operated until the 1960's) and even technical diagrams for the geeks. Maybe somebody in Bamberg would like to elaborate?
