De Struise Brouwers

I think that this is semantics, as Fred pointed out. In any event, De Struise beers are now very highly regarded in Belgium at the better Bier Cafés, and I have not heard anyone there complain that De Struise Brouwers are not "real brewers". Btw, there are other brewers in Belgium who have "day jobs" to help pay the bills, in addition to their brewing activities.
