New brewery: Brauhaus Binkert, Breitengüßbach

Hey Nick, thought you liked us non-Euro Europeans for our streak of mean independence! Seriously, I thought I made it clear that I didn't approve of vermin infestation. Perhaps I didn't make it clear: my argument is that it seems impossible for small breweries (and brew pubs) to modernise without vast expense. After all, the kommunbrauhaus in Windisch and Neuhaus produce excellent beer (or wort) without looking like high tech industrial plant. And, it is still possible to have vermin infestation in the most high tech premises. In part, my point was stimulated by the pictures of Brauhaus Binkert, which must have cost a fortune to equip. I'm simply wondering if such small breweries can be built or rebuilt without excessive investment. On pricing, you might ask those at the bierkeller what will happen when the 'tourists' find that they are being charged more than the locals? Also, when does a visitor stop being a visitor and become a local and what price is charged when a local buys a drink(s) for a visitor? Where will such a policy end? Different prices in shops, on public transport, etc., etc., etc.? Surely one of the reasons that the locals enjoy lowish prices is because the pubs also sell to visitors.
