| obviously kneitinger is the top dog, but you could try a 'Rogen bier at the Alt Muntz. also though whilst based at Regensberg a few years ago we took a trip to kelheim after arranging a brewery visit of one of the best weiss beers in the world (schnieder). Also took a boat trip down the danube to oldest monastry brew in the world (Weltenberg). visited the monastry first before it got too touristy, then back to kelheim for brewery visit, and later chilled out in their bier garden. you need to do your homework on trains, buses and boats etc good luck! |
