RFA #6

They just tried faxing me again but all that comes out of the fax machine is the exact same fax that I sent them. I know it's coming from the hotel in Freising because it has their header information. What should I make of this; that I have a confirmed reservation or not? Is that a common practice in Germany, to simply return a fax with no original input and that serves as the confirmation? Is it perhaps becasue the person manning the desk doesn't speak English?
