Manchester (re Forchheim) |

| Is it really Manchester? Some would fight you/us tooth and nail for Sheffield, London or Nottingham for that title. Doesn't matter, I have plans to do cask beer pub crawls in Manchester and Doncaster (and wherever it is in the UK I can drink good quality cask ales) in a near future. Manchester is a case of one hour direct flight. I enjoyed a couple of beer in Sheffield by a Manchester brewery. Thanks for bringing Manchester to my attention. Now Bamberg... after dropping off our rucksacks at the Fewo in Forchheim we will catch the train to Bamberg straight away. Will be having dinner (and many a Seidla) at one of the usual Ausschänke. Our train tickets (with Bayern Ticket discount) are good to travel the whole day so we want to take advantage of it and go to Bamberg first. On other days we will be visiting some Ausschänke in villages near Forchheim of course. Now we had better start saving for Manchester :) Cheers |
