I imagine that is the brewery. It definately opens at 2, says in the website and I know from multuple visits on Tuesday myself. You could visit grassmannsdorf for braierei Kaiser, that is open Tuesday mornings I think and is only a short distance, 2km from burgebrach  I would be very wary of ratebeer times and would always check my multiple guides and websites
