| In the 90er years Horst Dornbusch has written two books (in english) about german beerstyles, part of the Association of Brewers' Classic Beer Style Series. They are available at Amazon. He's born in Germany, but lives in the USA, who he works as a consultant. Younger is the book "Die Biersorten der Brauwelt: Ihre Geschichten & Rezepturen (in German) about beerstyles ot the whole world. Brauwelt is a professional magazine for brewers. The book contains receipts for 1 hl and for 20 liters. This book is available in the fanshop of Weyermann, because he's a good friend of this malthouse. He uses the Braumanfaktur Weyermann for experimental beers. So You can take a look inside before buying it. |
