No More Hobbybrauer Dock Sales at Weyermann! - other malt companies in Oberfranken? |

Maltings = maltings; sheep = sheep! Martin from Beim Gloser Eschawo uses only organic products; it's a major part of their 'marketing' - if you can call their advertising 'marketing'. Don't know where he gets his products from but I don't think that its Weyermann (Rudi Loistl buys his malt from Weyermann). Why do you think that other people's malt would be harder to work with than Weyermann's? Where did you get your malt before Weyermann? Don't know the answer to your point about carbonation tablets - we'll see what happens. Don't think German laws apply to brewing in Ireland only to finance! |
