Nice weekend...viel Spaß!

And in the end we made it to neither of those, but up to the Forchheimer Kellerwald to "enjoy" Seidlas of rather lifeless, bland-but-bitter-anyway, slightly buttery, slightly appley Buttenheimer Löwenbräu Kellerbier at the Rappen Keller. The Keller is as lovely as ever though, especially in this weather and late afternoon sunlight. Guess the one good batch that's been brewed since about 2008 that was apparently on offer up there a couple of weeks ago was all drunk up. :( Did have contact with Jürgen per SMS though as they were "hoofing it" to Freudeneck.
