| Sorry about my fellow Mancunians, Nick - partly explains why we live on the West coast of Ireland. As I suggested in my email, perhaps a trip out to Stockport would have been worthwhile, as you can visit quite a few reasonable pubs in a small area and sample the best Robinson's in the world! Re the pic of the hateful Arndale centre - I can't begin to tell you how much of Manchester and the number of pubs that were pulled down to build that monstrosity. I went to school in the centre of the City, great chunks of which have been destroyed by so-called town planners. See you in Franken! |
