The 29 € tickets are, however, only valid for the specific train booked. If your flight is late and you miss the train, you will have to buy a new ticket at the full normal fare, 57 €. That's why I lately have preferred to fly into Nuremberg. The VGN ticket from NUE airport to Bamberg can be bought on the spot, costs 9.20 €, trains are frequent.
