| I finally met with the elusive Gerhard Schoolman this evening at Cafe Abseits. Much Schlenkerla Helles Lager and Schlammersdorfer Landbier were enjoyed. Also, Gerhard presented me with a bottle of Benediktator, which was quite an enjoyable Doppelbock. Traditional, malty doppelbock flavor, with added Cascade hops. Interesting. Thanks, Gerhard, for your great hospitality today! |
