Brauerei Question...

In Bamberg, the Pils at Klosterbräu comes from Kaiser (Veldensteiner). There are ongoing questions about the Schwärzla. Some people think the Greifenklau Pils is from somewhere else. If you only produce unfiltered beers and some customers are clamoring for a Pils (and/or a Weizenbier) I could see it being easier just order some from a larger brewery. Especially if you are near retirement and have no replacement in sight.
