Forchheim kellers |

Hello everybody. Myself and a friend have a couple of days in Bmaberg at the end of June. We are flying in to Nuremberg with good old Air Berlin, so will get a Schones Wochenende ticket to get both of us to Bamberg. We'd like to use the ticket for a bit of exploration later on in the day and were thinking of checking out some keller action in Forchheim. I know there have been directions posted here for kellers, but are these just open during Annafest? Which kellers would you recommend? I am happy to walk a couple of kilometres given what will be at the end of it. Alternatively, does anyone have any better suggestions, eg Buttenheim, Eggolsheim? Again a half hour walk or so is no problem, it just has to be somewhere near a railway. Many thanks |
