Fred You are right about the foam, hence my reservations. I think that maybe the kit is not as efficient as it could be and the runs are too short. It is bad for both customer and staff, so we shouldn't do it. My guess as to why we do is to provide choice as some of the beers just won't be available other than in keg. I don't agree with your dispensing methods argument for reasons already stated though. I must admit, I usually stick to the gravity dispense beers myself but a freshly put on Edelstoff does sway me foam and all (-:
