Well Landbier means "country beer" so that can cover a multitude of sins - I'm partial to St.Georgen Landbier which is a (filtered) Dunkel, and I've tried a much paler landbier from Pyraser. I think it's just a name rather a style! I can't see any reason why you shouldn't put Kellerbier in a bottle rather than a cask, but as a style I imagine it predates bottling, and would then have come straight from the cask at the "Keller".
