Comparing Bland Beer

Yes, I've had the other Münchner beers. Edelstoff is the most bland, except maybe the Löwenbräu. Spaten has more character, as does the Hofbräu stuff, though blimey, I have very little recognition of Paulaner. Haven't got round to many places near Munich, not even Ayinger, I have to admit. Only Andechs. And Tegernsee -- that Hell is indeed sweet, but it does have some "Cheerios" malt character to it, which makes it at least drinkable, if not actually great. I'll be ordering that So who's going to do a comparison similar to mine? Shall we try and do them simultaneously, online, live? Show me and my biases and faulty palate up! Prove I have no clue what I'm talking about!! I won't get to it *today*, but certainly hope to do it tomorrow. If not then, then Saturday. I've just ordered 1 Reichenbrander Unser Helles 1,18 EUR 1 St. Georgen Bräu Gold Märzen 1,18 EUR 1 Wagner-Bräu Kemmern Festbier 1,18 EUR 1 Wagner-Bräu Kemmern Märzen 1,18 EUR 1 Hösl Urstoff..................1,29 EUR 1 Recken Export.................1,18 EUR 1 Mauritius Urtyp Export........1,18 EUR 1 Gampert Bräu Förster Gold.....1,18 EUR 1 Communbräu-Zoigl..............1,18 EUR 1 Tegernseer Max I. Joseph Jubiläums Export................1,18 EUR 1 Steinie² das geniale Bier.....0,99 EUR 1 Beck Lager....................1,29 EUR 1 Schmucker Privat Export.......1,18 EUR 1 Heidelberger Premium Export...1,18 EUR 1 Flötzinger Gold Export........1,18 EUR 1 Tegernseer Spezial............1,18 EUR 1 Sünner Lager..................0,99 EUR 2 Häffner Hopfenstopfer Jahrgangsbier...................1,79 EUR 1 Crew Ale Munich Summer........1,79 EUR for a whopping 32€ including delivery. It will hopefully arrive Saturday. A couple of those are not for the purpose of comparing "export" beers, most notably the Häffner Jahrgangsbier -- this year, a splendidly well-hopped, well-crafted (!!!) Pils, though the fact that it's *dry-hopped* would no doubt cause the traditionalists to lose their lunches over this infringement of disgusting, non-German fads on German brewing.
