| I have nothing to add to the smoked Weizenmalz discussion, but I was just at Weyermann myself today, and picked up 3 sacks of malt for home. It smelt lovely in the Logistikzentrum, as always. Pale Ale, Caramünch II (to correspond to mid-colour crystal malt, right?), and Carafa (to correspond to chocolate malt, right?) -- all organic, of course. 48 € / 25 kg sack is pretty dear compared to what real brewers pay, I suppose, but worth every cent to me. |
