 Dry, fresh and bitter Lagerbier as you would expect them in Fränkische Schweiz.

 Visiting this brewery, we sampled all available beers. The hop pronounced Lager was as dead as a dodo; the Pils was hoppy and bubbly; the Rauchbier was hoppy and very bubbly. Knowing most of the other beers of the area, these ones are less than average.
