| Huh. I only had a picture of the small, all-in-one-homebrew 50L version in my mind. I suppose they do experimental batches in the 50L one and then full batches in the big system. Yes, Barry, I've had people (brewers) in England tell me you can get a brewery from Dave Porter (? think that's his name) set up for £15k. [...searches internets...] Aye, David Porter it is. Look at that 2.5 bbl kit for £11k...so cute! Which reminds me. Why do Britons clad their kettles with wood? |
