Accomodation in Franconia

What about the idea of a sort of "Bett und Brauhaus" in a village really close to Bamberg, or even on the outskirts of Bamberg? Sort of bed -n- breakfast, but with a tiny brewhouse attached to the house and maybe only two rooms to let. Also probably less emphasis on the breakies, with kitchenettes in the rooms. "Brewing courses" could be offered, as well as English courses. (Maybe) And Franconian beer tastings, as well as tours to breweries and/or Bierkeller(s), weather permitting. Or somewhere on or near the English coast, if not Bamberg. Or maybe Wales.
