OT: A recipe for Schlenkerla helles

Thanks for the link to that recipe. Interesting that even with 2lbs of smoked malt, it is not as smoky as the real Schlenkerla Helles Lager.

In the photo, is one of the beers the real beer and the other the homebrew? Quite a difference in color.
