OT: Muenchen

I really like Munich. Of course not as much as Franconia and Eschawo but I actually thought of stopping off there for a night or two before going home but decided (wisely I think) to spend more time in Eschawo/Neuhaus. My favorite places are: Augustiner Keller where you can get the goods out of the barrel. Hirschgarten Ayinger pub across from Hofbrauhaus - they often have a beer gravity poured here as well but not always. Weisses Brauhaus - Only been here once but I enjoyed a late breakfast of Weisswurst and a few different Schneider beers here. Service was a bit surly though as it often seems to be in Munich. My wife likes it due to the fact that there is plenty of shopping and art museums to visit that give here a break from my otherwise merciless beer crawl. I've never been to Augsburg so I can't compare.
