I think I'm in love! I'm definitely envious. My bottle-conditioned half-IPA is great, but it takes so long to get it great, and there's no way to use finings to help with clarity AFAIK. Wonder what the guys at the customs office here would think if I imported a cask from the UK. Importing hops from Oregon is strange enough. So please describe the process: Primary in a carboy? Then rack to the cask and prime, finings...? |
